PBC Property Purchase

PBC is in the process of purchasing more property adjacent to our building (3 lots totaling 1.66 acres for $75,000). This is an exciting time of growth for our church family.

There is a map of the property and a thermometer of our fundraising progress in the foyer. More than two-thirds of our goal
(> $52,500) has already been contributed!

We are attempting to make this purchase without incurring any additional debt. Please prayerfully consider a monetary gift (over & above your normal giving) to be used in this area.

Any amount you can contribute will be a blessing.
 Thank you.

Thank you to all who made the “hot dog potluck / ice cream social” such a huge success!  Thanks especially to Pat Kahn—your hard work does not go unnoticed & we appreciate it!

Church Potluck

We are having a church potluck on Sunday, August 25th, right after church.  Start planning what yummy, big        (serves 8-10 people) dish you want to bring to share.

Salads are fantastic, bread is always good, main dishes are always a big hit, —so is chocolate!

Let’s gather and eat together!

Missions Update

Bill and Barbara Fair, with InFaith
July 2013

In Ezekiel 22:30 we read of the Lord looking for a man who would build up the wall and stand in the gap for the land. We see our ministry as a “gap” ministry looking for those we can lead to faith or build up in their faith. This spring we did that with “The Training of the Twelve” men’s discipleship retreat. The men study God’s Word and hunt turkeys to create a desire to be closer to the Lord and disciple other men.

In June we helped at Rodeo Bible Camp in LaVeta, CO for the first week. The second and third week Bill spoke to High school and Jr High kids in Montrose, CO spending time in Romans. The first week in July found us in Prospect Valley, outside of Greeley speaking to High school kids.

Needless to say, we are tired but so excited to get the opportunity to impact the next generation for Jesus and stand in the gap for others to grow in their walk with the Lord.
