A big thank you to our wonderful church family who sent
cards, phone calls, visits, and most of all your prayers. We were covered in prayer during
this very stressful time and it sure helped us get through the rough days. We knew that God and all
of you were with us and our hearts are over flowing with gratitude and thanks. We are so glad
to be home again safely. Thanks to each and every one of you for your love &
support.

The lost and found container will be emptied and donated to a good cause
at the end of April. This includes all
the dishes that have been left here from various events. The bucket will be near the secretary’s
office by the back door. Please take the
time to look through it and see if anything there is belonging to you and your
family.The ministy of "Loaves and Fishes" has a need for people to prepare, sponsor, and serve May 2, May 9, and July 11, 2013. If you are interested in helping with this ministry you can contact Gwen Bartley at 713-201-2467
It's that time again! We need some new and friendly faces to sign up to help with refreshments on Sunday mornings. There will be a sign up board near the "goodie table" on Sunday morning.
Please consider this opportunity to get involved, it's only one time every now and again.... no long term commitment.

…we are teaching with the hope that English would open doors to truths
greater than "i before e" and after much laboring, we are seeing
fruit! Teammates in a neighboring city have had three young women become
believers, and we are so excited and thankful for the reminder of why we are
here, and how much of a blessing it is to see work being done in people's
lives! …So heat, ants, crankiness, and
dirt be darned!
