We want to thank everyone for the prayers, phone calls, emails, cards, and when we returned to Pagosa, for the hugs and words of support that we received. Many people in the PBC family know how much we were looking forward to our grandchild, Anna Marie. We were shocked and devastated that she died just minutes before entering this world. We know that she is in Heaven and that some day we will spend eternity with her, but we struggle to understand why we couldn’t first spend time with her here on earth.
Please continue to pray for our daughter and son-in-law, Julie and Brad, as they learn to cope and live without their first, and probably only, biological child. We will miss our PBC family for the next several weeks, as we have decided to spend the rest of the winter in Arizona.
