Perhaps you have a few pounds to lose after the holidays or maybe you need to start the year off with a healthy lifestyle change. You may have just received news from your doctor of high cholesterol, high blood pressure or diabetes. Regardless the reason, First Place 4 Health may be for you.
It is never too late to make healthy lifestyle changes. All of us want to serve God for as long and best we can. Has your health interfered with this? This 12-week session may be just what you have been looking for but in all the wrong places. FP4H is not a “quick-fix” diet, nor is it a few foods to eat so repetitiously that you get burned out. It is a healthy food plan incorporated with an exercise that fits your lifestyle along with a structured yet simple Bible Study and a weekly meeting.
Orientation affords you the opportunity to get an overview of what FP4H is all about. For this session, orientation will be offered on Sunday, January 16 at 2:00 p.m. and again on Thursday, January 20 at 6:00 p.m. Please attend either time and have your questions answered. This 12-week session will meet each week on Thursdays, beginning February 3 – April 21 from 5:45 – 7:00 p.m.
