Plan to bring unchurched friends and neighbors
Volunteer(s) to handle tickets in the church office from 1-5 pm the next two Fridays the 10th and 17th.

Yard size nativity set
20 Empty boxes wrapped as Christmas presents- various sizes
Set painting
Next Saturday 12/11 from 9-? upstairs
Detail painting on flats and props
Stage setup on the 19th, after the service
Striking the instruments and sound equipment
Setting up the flats, lights and other stage pieces
Set dressing
Volunteers for each Play night:
3-4 ushers
To facilitate seating and set additional chairs if needed
Goodies
Bakers to provide cookies or other goodies for the more than 600 anticipated guests
To be delivered to church on or before show dates
Servers to setup and take down before and after intermission

Each reading will be around a minute and a half

Family w/ at least 1 teen
