Under the umbrella of Salvation Army, we will be collecting food items and money donations for traditional Christmas dinners with board games for families and comfort items for Seniors. Needed items include: cranberry sauce, stuffing, green beans, yams, instant potatoes, brownie mix, Christmas candy. Envelopes available for monetary donations.
CHRISTMAS BOX SCHEDULE
We need volunteers on the following dates:
Wednesday, Dec. 15th 1:00 – 5:00pm
Transport food from Our Savior Lutheran to Extension building. We will need several trucks and drivers. Meet at 1:00pm at Our Savior Lutheran.
Thursday, Dec. 16th
Assemble food in boxes. Organize boxes with Family names on them 10:00 – 4:00
Wrap presents with 4-H 4:00-8:00
Friday, Dec. 17th 10:00 – 4:00
Wrap any extra presents
Assemble toys in boxes
Saturday, Dec. 18th
Pick up turkeys at Citimarket 9:00 am
Wrap turkeys in bags 10:00-1:00
Box pick ups: 1:00 – 5:00
Clean up 5:00 – 7:00
