Stage setup on the 19th, after the service
Striking the instruments and sound equipment
Setting up the flats and other stage pieces
Set dressing
Volunteers for each Play night:
3-4 ushers
To facilitate seating and set additional chairs if needed
Goodies
Bakers to provide cookies or other goodies
To be delivered to church on or before show dates
Servers to setup and take down before and after intermission
