BUILDING USE CALENDAR

If you would like to schedule a class or event in the church building, please contact Carolyn Townsend, to have it approved and the date added to the church calendar. Please do not assume the church is available. You will be sent a confirmation if your class or event is added to the calendar. We wish to prevent double use or conflicting use of the building. Carolyn can be reached at the church office, 731-3120 or by email, pbc@skywerx.com. Please provide beginning and ending dates, times and any weeks that your class may not be meeting within that time frame. Also, please contact the church, as soon as possible, if there are any changes or cancelations to scheduled events or classes. Everyone’s cooperation in this policy will make the calendar run smoothly.
