The wool helmet liners are completed and have been wrapped individually with Christmas wrap, with a note enclosed with each one, and mailed to Afghanistan to Eve’s son and his platoon serving with the Utah National Guard. A big THANK YOU to all who participated. Thank you to Mr. Anonymous who allowed the knitters to put yarn on his account, others who donated money to the cause, to all who knitted until their fingers were numb and to Laura at Eagle Mercantile who paid for the shipping. God continues to work through His people. One more thing, please pray the liners arrive safely and will not be stolen if they are trucked across Pakistan.
