MESSENGER 6/23

SUNDAY.... Pastor Tom has been preparing a new sermon series "Unboxing the Christian Relationship" (What's a Christian to do with ....?).
This week he begins his series with
"Taking Advantage of Grace"



Unfortunately, the Pregnancy Support Center had a burglary last night and 2 bottles full were stolen.  They know that one of them was from someone who attends PBC.   Would the individual who dropped off a filled baby bottle containing approximately $35 at the Pregnancy Center on Tuesday, June 21 please call the Center? The number is 264-5963.  They need your information in order to send you a tax receipt.


 
 
Baby Shower!!  There will be a baby shower right after church on Sunday for Michele Campbell and her new little baby Trinity.  All women are welcome to join and celebrate Trinity's arrival!





There will be a memorial service for Ruth Bankhead, mother of Barb Walton, on Sunday, 3:30 pm, here at PBC.  All are welcome.

Sunday = Scavenger Hunt at Church 5:30-8:00 pm!!!

Pick up a new, revised, green schedule for the Summer. Activity nights have been moved from Tuesdays to Sundays to accommodate schedules.

July 17th we will be having our annual church picnic.  There will be a green insert in Sunday's bulletin.  Please look at it out, fill it out & return to the baskets in the foyer.

CenterPoint church is having a kids' music camp next week. It's for kids ages 7-12. They will be working on drama, singing, and set construction. It's Monday thru Friday 8-4 daily. There is a small fee...$25 1st kid, $15 next kid and then $10 with a max fee per family of $50. The kids will need to pack a lunch daily, and snacks will be provided. They will work on a kids musical (LOST-Living Our Saviors Truths) to be performed Sunday 7/3 @ 10:15 at CenterPoint.


Community Ladies Bible study will only be meeting once a month during the summer months. Please contact Dot Kirkham for more information.
